Shipping Policy


Average shipping time is 6 - 13 business days. 

Once your order has been processed which includes a final quality control inspection your order will be shipped to you. 
Tracking details of your order will be provided once shipped.
Please note there may be delays in shipping due to COVID-19.
Missing Order
In the case that your order is marked delivered but you did not receive your item, you should contact the last mile carrier and report the issue. 
Late Shipping
Please note that shipping times may take longer then expected due to delays caused by COVID-19. In periods of high demand shipping times may increase, each lamp is packed with love and care and we are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. 
Incorrect details provided in shipping information
In the case that you provide the wrong shipping details (such as, phone number, address, or other factors caused by the recipient), we do not provide a refund or reshipment and are not liable for extra service fees caused. We recommend customers contact the last mile shipping carrier to update the details. If the delivery fails and the package is returned to us, you can arrange for redelivery at with the cost at your expense.
